Andy Lang

Andy formed the company, along with Hilary in 1984, and they have not looked back since. Andy is still the first into work every day, to oversee the smooth running of the installation and service departments. Andy is a passionate supporter of our local football and cricket teams, and the company are long standing sponsors of The Albion and Sussex CCC, he very rarely misses one of their matches, the company is especially proud to be involved with the fabulous AMEX stadium, the new home of The Albion.
Hilary Lang
Director
Since starting the company with husband Andy back in 1984, Hilary has taken responsibility for the administrative function of the business. With growth has come increased staff numbers & whilst delegating day to day administration to other staff members, Hilary still remains intrinsic to the smooth running of the business. Outside of work Hilary shares her family’s passion for sport, as a regular at her local gym, as well as spending time with her grandchildren.
Ross Lang
Sales Manager
Having initially worked within the company as an Installation Engineer for almost 16 years, Ross has progressed to become Sales/Installations Manager overseeing a team of 3 installers. Being the eldest son of Andy and Hilary he has also taken a keen interest in the growth of the company and attends many corporate events at both the new Amex Stadium and Sussex Country Cricket Ground.
Sharon Ford
Admin Control
Sharon has worked for the company for 4 years overseeing the administration side of things. She works closely with Ross typing specifications and sending information to customers, booking service calls for engineers and preparing paperwork for installations when required. Issuing documentation for new employees and keeping staff files up to date, she also works alongside Andy and Hilary with regards to NSI and Nacoss standards, keeping documentation up to date and attends corporate events (developing her driving skills on the Go-Karting track).

Tony Davis
Service Manager
Tony has worked for the company for 17 years initially as Installation then Service Engineer, Tony has progressed to become Service Manager overseeing a team of 4 service engineers. Tony deals with all technical/service issues raised by customers and gives full technical support to all engineers, including installers. He is able, along with Ross Lang, to cover in Andy’s absence and make decisions regarding all types of queries.
