Director
Having initially worked within the company as an installation engineer for almost 16 years, Ross progressed to Sales and service manager and now appointed a Director. Being the eldest son of Andy and Hilary, he has also taken a keen interest in the growth of the company and attends many corporate events at the Sussex Country Cricket Ground amongst others.
Andy Lang
Consultant
Andy formed the company, along with Hilary in 1984, and they have not looked back since. Now retired but still on hand as a consultant. Andy is a passionate supporter of our local football and cricket teams, and the company is a long-standing sponsor of The Albion and Sussex CCC. He very rarely misses one of their matches. The company is especially proud to be involved with the fabulous AMEX stadium, the new home of The Albion.
Hilary Lang
Director
Since starting the company with husband Andy back in 1984, Hilary has taken responsibility of the administrative aspect of the business. With growth, has come increased staff numbers and whilst delegating day-to-day administration to other staff members, Hilary still remains intrinsic to the smooth running of the business. Outside of work Hilary shares her family’s passion for sport, as a regular at her local gym, as well as spending time with her grandchildren.

Sandra Groves
Credit Controller
With over 30 years’ experience, Sandra is the credit controller within the company. Her duties include all aspects of credit control, invoicing of all engineers’ visits and a level of service co-ordination with the engineers including booking of engineers visits via customer telephone calls.
Rosemary Muir
Administrator
Managing the correspondence and communications of the organisation such as phone calls, post, and emails. bookkeeping, record-keeping and more.

Sales Manager
Started in 2024 Andrew is the new sales manager for Languard, overseeing quotes and new installations.
