As you are aware, there is much information available with regard to this. We have conducted a comprehensive risk assessments and introduced all of the relevant controls and best practices that we can. These follow NHS advise & include ‘extended’ self-isolation of any staff who ‘may’ be adversely affected. Hence please be assured, we are as prepared as practically possible, and are working hard to maintain the services you any need / want.

We have a contingency team to monitor things as they progress. Where resources get detrimentally affected, it is this team that will manage things but we have already prepared to potentially up to 25% reduction in service personnel. Our actions will be communicated to affected customers as / when necessary.

For any site visits, we would also encourage you to co-operate with our staff should they need to talk to you about relevant hygiene controls they need your assistance with i.e. washing facilities before and after working & issues for your awareness going forward.
